Spaces that Stir the Heart,
Within Everyday Life.
At S Design Farm, we pursue environmental performance*—high insulation, airtightness, and standards such as ZEH and ZEB—while at the same time seeking to discover phenomena unique to each place, weave them into daily life, and create spaces that resonate with those who inhabit them.
*This encompasses high thermal insulation, high airtightness, ZEH, and ZEB. High thermal insulation and airtightness refer to an insulation rating of Grade 6 or higher and a C-value of 0.5 or lower. ZEH stands for Net Zero Energy House, which is a high-performance residence that achieves a net-zero annual energy balance by combining insulation, energy efficiency, and renewable energy generation. ZEB stands for Net Zero Energy Building, which aims to achieve net-zero energy consumption while maintaining a comfortable indoor environment.
